Terms for accounts, subscriptions, shared workspaces, and local AI agent execution.

Service and operator
These terms apply to Agentboard, the service available at agent-sitter.dev and billed under the name Agent Sitter, operated by Kenya Hayashi. The service helps you manage tasks, collaborate in organizations, and run coding agents on your device.
Accounts and organizations
Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Use an organization only with its authorization. Owners and administrators manage access; information you share in an organization is available to its authorized members. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and trials
Personal costs USD 5 monthly or USD 50 annually. Team costs USD 9 monthly or USD 90 annually per joined member, with a minimum of one member. Pending invitations are not billed. Annual fees are paid upfront. Eligible organizations receive one 14-day trial with a payment method required. Unless canceled before the trial or billing period ends, the subscription renews and the selected fee is charged automatically. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. Listed prices exclude tax. Transactions using Managed Payments are sold through Stripe’s Link and are subject to the seller and purchase terms shown at checkout. The operator provides the service and product support.
Plan changes and cancellation
Owners manage billing in the app. An upgrade or a change from monthly to annual billing takes effect after the required payment succeeds, with any prorated amount shown before confirmation. A downgrade or change from annual to monthly billing is scheduled for renewal. Team membership changes can change the number of billed seats. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current period. After the subscription ends, the workspace becomes read-only.
Refunds and external costs
As a rule, we do not refund payments for personal reasons or provide prorated refunds for cancellation during a billing period, except where required by law. Contact support about duplicate charges or service problems. You pay your own internet costs and any fees for external coding agents or other providers. See the commercial disclosure for further billing information. For purchases sold through Link, you can also contact Link support about payments and refunds. This refund policy does not limit statutory rights or refunds under Link’s purchase terms.
Your content and agent execution
You retain your rights in content you provide and permit us to process it as needed to operate the service and share it as you direct. Only provide content you are authorized to use. Review agent instructions, permissions, generated code, and results before applying them. Agents can modify local files or interact with external services; you are responsible for authorizing those actions and maintaining appropriate backups. External providers have their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activities, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorized access, malware, or interference with the service. Do not bypass access controls or billing limits, or share credentials without authorization.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of AI-generated results. We may suspend access to address security incidents, nonpayment, or material violations, and will give notice where reasonably practicable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limits rights and remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and governing law
We will announce material changes to these terms or subscription prices, including their effective date, in advance where required by law. A price change does not retroactively change an already-paid period. Japanese law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law. For translations, the Japanese text controls to the extent permitted by law.
