Annual plans are paid in full for one year. Unaccepted Team invitations are not billed. Membership changes may result in prorated adjustments. See plan details on the pricing page . The final total, including applicable taxes, is shown at checkout. Additional costs You are responsible for internet and communication costs, and fees charged by coding agent providers such as Codex. Payment methods and timing You can use the payment methods offered at Stripe checkout. If eligible, your first charge is at the end of the 14-day free trial. If you have already used the trial, you are charged when subscribing. Plans then renew and bill automatically each month or year as selected. A payment method is required for the trial. Each organization may use the trial once. Service availability The service is available immediately after you create your account and organization and complete the steps to start a trial or paid plan. System requirements You need a supported desktop app and internet connection. Running agents also requires a local Codex installation and a usable account. See the download page for availability and setup instructions. Cancellation and stopping automatic renewal Organization owners can cancel through the customer portal in the app’s Billing settings. Complete cancellation before the next renewal to stop the next charge. The end date is shown during cancellation. If you complete cancellation during the free trial, you will not be charged after the trial. When the subscription ends, the workspace becomes read-only: creating, editing, and starting agents are unavailable. Returns and refunds Due to the nature of the service, product returns do not apply. As a rule, payments are not refunded for personal reasons, and mid-term cancellations do not receive prorated refunds, except where a refund is required by law.
